Selina Nwulu

Selina Nwulu is a writer and a poet. Her first chapbook collection, The Secrets I Let Slip, was published by Burning Eye Books in September 2015 and is a Poetry Book Society recommendation. Selina has toured with her poetry both nationally and internationally, as well having performed at Glastonbury, Edinburgh Fringe, and StAnza Poetry Festival, St Andrews, where she was reviewed as “an emerging writer to watch,” and Cúirt Literature Festival in Galway. She has been commissioned by Apples and Snakes, the RSA, A New Direction and the Free Word Centre and was Young Poet Laureate for London 2015–16, a prestigious award that recognizes talent and potential in the capital.
